Marie has a degree in BSc Chemistry with Medicinal Chemistry (Industrial Training) which included a one-year placement at Croda developing sun care formulations. This started her journey in cosmetics and since graduating Marie has gained over 10 years’ experience in the formulation, scale-up and manufacturing of cosmetic and medicinal products for brands such as No7, Soap & Glory, Soltan, Oriflame, Aussie, Nurofen, Strepsils as well as many others. Before joining Delphic, Marie supported the global compliance process for a new cosmetic start-up company in the UK, ensuring safety and compliance on NPDs and ongoing launches.
