Before joining Delphic in 2013 Hazel previously worked within the airline industry for 10 years and then for 8 years as an Internal Auditor for Panasonic Europe Ltd., conducting audits on all areas of the business, assisting with the setting up of new processes & procedures and ensuring that the offices throughout Europe were compliant with the Sarbanes Oxley Act.

Hazel currently manages the Corporate Administration team which provides support to Delphic staff and customers across the global offices, scheduling work and managing project progression. Hazel also oversees the company Internal Audits, auditing and monitoring company processes and services to confirm operations adhere to policies and regulations and to ensure our continued certifications against Cyber Essentials, Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO9001 and ISO27001.

Key responsibilities

  • Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
  • Ensure the organisation is complying with relevant laws and statutes.
  • Make recommendations on how to improve internal controls and governance processes.
