Danielle started her career within Customer Services for a few large organisations, applying her enthusiasm and professionalism to assisting clients with high-level service. Danielle branched out her Customer Experiences into the world of sales. Working in some very fast-paced telecentres and call centres, working B2B and B2C.
Danielle took a different angle in her career and began to work within the Training industry delivering detailed interactive training courses, providing bespoke customer service skills.
Within her time at Delphic HSE, Danielle has had the great opportunity of establishing contact and relationships with a large number of international, high-end clients with the ability to adapt to the smaller client needs also facing the challenges, the opportunities and especially the steps taken in order to launch products on to a global market. With the oversight of the Client Services team, Danielle works in supporting our global team in the daily tasks of supporting and improving all client experiences.
